Talking Africa is a collaborative radio show between Bellsman Media and the Africa Centre in Covent Garden, London. This week, Talking Africa continues with the final part of discussions on this year's Africa Creative Economy conference due in Dakar, Senegal, from the 11th to the 14th November, organised by South Africa based Arterial Network. Guest on the programme is Ouafa Belgacem, sec-gen of the Arterial Network. Also, London based Luo Cultural Group from Uganda joins the programme to talk about what they do and how these activities relate to the Luo ethnic community in Uganda. Host for the programme is Ugandan political commentator Joseph Ochieno.
